Free Continental England Rugby Ball Promotion August – September 2025*
- The Free Continental England Rugby Ball Promotion is open to all “End User” purchasers who are UK residents aged 18 and over, except employees of Continental Tyre Group (the ‘Promoter’), its agencies, or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of this Promotion.
- The end user is defined as the individual who will use the tyres. For clarity, the term “End User” excludes dealers, resellers, and government bodies.
- Claims must be made online on the official rewards platform at continentaltyresrewards.com. Claims must include a valid invoice number obtained from participating dealers.
- Purchase required: A minimum of two Continental car, van, or 4×4 tyres must be bought in a single transaction between 01.08.25 and 30.09.25. Only purchases of new Continental tyres qualify. Claimants will receive a free size 5 Continental England Replica Rugby Ball. The prize will be issued within 30 days of receipt of a valid claim, sent directly to the end user at the end of the promotional period.
- All Continental car, van, or 4×4 tyres purchased and delivered directly from participating dealers between 1st August and 30th September 2025 qualify for this Promotion. The Promotion remains open until the closing date. All claims must be submitted by 15th October 2025.
- Only tyres purchased within the promotion period apply. This Promotion does not include products associated with other companies. One claim per applicant only. Lost, incomplete, invalid, illegible, or late claims will not be accepted.
- No cash alternative is available in whole or in part. In circumstances beyond its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute rewards of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the reward will only be awarded directly to the participant. The Promoter is not liable for cancellations, alterations, or modifications beyond its reasonable control.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, and excluding death or permanent injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence, the Promoter accepts no liability for any loss or injury resulting from the Promotion or the receipt/misuse of the reward.
- If the Promoter believes a breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred, it may, at its sole discretion, refuse to process a claim. The Promoter’s decision will be final and binding.
- In exceptional circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions but will aim to minimise any impact on participants.
- Any legal interpretation of these terms will be governed by English law, and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- By entering the Promotion, you acknowledge that your entry, name, and email address will be made available to the Promoter. All personal data will be held and used in accordance with the Promoter’s Data Protection Notice.
