Continental Cashback Promotion Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict orinconsistency with any other communications, including advertising orpromotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the termsand conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to haveaccepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy foryour information.
1. Continental Cashback Promotion is open to all retail customers who are UKresidents aged 18 and over, Employees and the immediate families of thePromoter, retailer, their agents or anyone professionally connected with thepromotion and trade customers (fleet and company vehicle drivers) are noteligible to enter this promotion. The promotion will run from 00:00 1st February2026 to 23:59 14th April 2026. The purchase period will run from 00:00 1st February2026 to 23:59 31st March 2026.
2. Maximum one claim per person.
3. Purchase and internet access required.
4. How to claim: To claim your cashback reward via apre-paid Mastercard, purchase at least two participating products from aparticipating retailer between 1st February2026 and 31st March 2026 in one transaction, follow the advertised link orvisit: www.continental-tyres.co.uk/rewards/cashback/ andclick on the “Claim Now” button, and then select the “United Kingdom” button tobe taken to the rewards platform. You must then complete the required fieldsand submit your claim during the promotional period. Your full name, email,mobile number, home address and car registration number will be required toclaim. Claims must be accompanied by a valid invoice number and a copy of theinvoice obtained from participating retailers.
5. Claimants who make a claim on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, atthe Promoter’s discretion.
6. Claims (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups orthird parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participantis reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) tocircumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’,‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s claims will bedisqualified, and any cashback will be void.
7. Incomplete, illegible, invalid, or misdirected claims will not be accepted.Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takesno responsibility for claims delayed, incomplete or lost due to technicalreasons or otherwise.
8. Participating products include all Continental car, van or 4x4 tyrespurchased directly from participating retailers.
9. The Reward: Pre-paid debit Mastercard, the value ofwhich is determined by the following:
£10 on two or £20 on four participating products 17" rim size and below ina single transaction.
£25 on two or £50 on four participating products 18" rim size in a singletransaction.
£50 on two or £100 on four participating products 19" rim size and abovein a single transaction.
10. Mastercard: The virtual pre-paid Mastercard cantake up to 15 days to receive by email or SMS text message. A physical pre-paidMastercard can take up to 70 days to deliver, and it is not reusable after allof the redeemed money has been spent. Claimants will have the choice betweenreceiving the pre-paid Mastercard virtually or physically. This choice will begiven via an email from service@prepaiddigtialsolutions.com that will be sentwithin 14 days after a valid claim and the completion of any verificationprocess.
11. Mastercard reserve the right to initiate a participant validation check.The participant validation check will require the claimant to providedocumentation to prove their identity, such as a passport or driving licence.The recipient may choose to provide the required information at the time they areprompted or may opt to return later to provide the information to Mastercard.However, they will not be able to access the reward until the information hasbeen provided and validation check has been cleared.
12. Use your card everywhere Mastercard is accepted. Mastercard is a registeredtrademark and the circles design is a trademark of Mastercard InternationalIncorporated. This card is issued by Transact Payments Limited pursuant tolicense by Mastercard International. Transact Payments Limited is authorisedand regulated by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission
13. You will be required to submit your Identity verification details, whichwill be sent separately to activate your Mastercard.
14. Claim notification: Claimantswill be notified by email, and following initial notification, the claimantswill have 120 days to claim their reward. After valid claim and completion ofthe verification process, the claimants will receive their reward within 70days. Rewards cannot be returned for another reward. Claimants are encouragedto monitor their connections (email and telephone calls) during this timeincluding junk folders.
15. No cash or other reward alternative available, in wholeor in part, except owing to circumstances outside the reasonable control of thePromoter. The Promoter reserves the right to offer a suitable alternativereward, or part of a reward, of equal or greater value. The rewards arenon-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned.
16. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonablecontrol of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error(human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of thispromotion or the awarding of the rewards, and only where circumstances makethis unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amendthe promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage. If any act,omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control ofthe Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these termsand conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises,weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war,terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion,epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts ofGod), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay inperforming its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect toparticipants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but notlimited to asking for proof of purchase and ID including date of birth(passport, driving licence or equivalent form of identification that clearlystates the winner’s date of birth) and to refuse to award a reward or withdrawreward entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion anddisqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe therehas been a breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter will be the finalarbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding, and no correspondence willbe entered into.
18. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liablefor any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequentialloss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained(whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with thispromotion or accepting or using a reward, except for any liability which cannotbe excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which casethat liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
19. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid orotherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these termsand conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full forceand effect.
20. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-datedetails when entering the promotion and on reward acceptance. ThePromoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurateinformation which affects reward acceptance or delivery of their reward.
21. Claimants can check on the status of their claim by contacting continentaltyresrewards@email-360insights.com.
22. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and isnot liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion,technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to anyindividual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyondits control including, but not limited to, user error and any network,computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delayor prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.
23. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the relevantcountry for each entrant, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction ofthe courts of the relevant country they reside in.
24. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for theadministration of the promotion for no other purpose, unless we have yourconsent. When entering the Promotion, you acknowledge that your entry, fullname, email, mobile number, home address and car registration number will berequired to enter will have been made available to the Promoter and theirexternal partner 360insights (Europe) Ltd. All personal data will at all timesbe kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protectionlegislation. Your personal data will be held and used by the Promoter under the Promoter’s DataProtection Notice. Data will be stored for three months after the close of thepromotion before deletion. You can request access to your personal data, orhave any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to continentaltyresrewards@email-360insights.com.By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal dataas described here.
